The interview process was only two interviews but with very slow communication and scheduling. I was flown out for the in-person final interview and was given a verbal job offer from the team after I finished. After two weeks of discussing salary, projects, and start date I was suddenly told the job offer was rescinded due to "budget constraints". Several months later the same position is being advertised as a PhD project. Complete waste of my time and effort, and horrible business practices on their side. I do not recommend interviewing with these people.
