The company uses the top grading interview method. Which is not tough just know what to expect. However what I found a bit odd was the reluctance to disclose compensation and benefits details even after a couple of interview rounds which in my opinion if handled professionally it can save both parties a lot of time. They also will not disclose any comp info or offer details after they check your three references you have to provide super weird, and in my opinion a total waste of time that will make any professional say thanks but no thanks. Compensation in my opinion is not competitive so please do yourselves a favor and find out pretty quickly if their position requirements align with your compensation requirements. If they refuse to disclose I would suggest you amove on and definitely do not have them contact your references unless they have presented a formal offer or at the minimum the basic comp and benefits info for the role.
