Colloquio
1) Initial phone call first with Ash the director, mainly talked about my current situation and what I was looking for. The most genuine approach I'd had.
2) Then a face to face meeting with Ash and talked in further detail about the opportunity.
3) Presentation, work trial, met the team, went for a drink with the team.
Then an offer :)

The interview process was smooth and efficient. They were transparent on the role and expectations for the role. They highlighted where the support would be given and the expectations for me. They also moved quickly throughout the process.
