I was contacted the day after I applied and we talked over the phone about my interests in working at the company and what kind of position I was interested in. We then set up an in-person interview. I got a tour of the office and discussed my qualifications a bit more and I was given time to ask questions.

Phone interview followed by in person interview. If you pass those, you are then asked to come in and take an examination in all subjects of interest. The process was seamless and everyone I spoke to was very genuine.
A brief phone screening, zoom interview, and an academic assessment to gauge your abilities to tutor your desired subject (don't worry, you don't have to know everything at all! AJ Tutoring pairs you with a current Tutor to help fill any knowledge gaps you have).

First there was 1 impromptu phone interview that included general screening questions. Then there was one more comprehensive video interview where I met with the CEO and they asked more pertinent questions for the job.
