3 interviews with HR Director as well as Manufacturing Director.
The Manufacturing Director spent about 2 hours asking very silly questions that you would expect to hear in a psych 101 survey. He then tried to talk about his upcoming MRP system. At this point it became more of me interviewing him, and I discovered that he did not have a clue regarding production planning or how he was going to implement it. During a tour of the facility I noticed that they used white boards to provide their production schedules. The Director of Manufacturing was actually very proud of his white boards. I knew that AJM was any place for anyone with APICS Certification or even a college degree of any kind.
