While I am all for companies actually following up letting you know if they are moving forward or passing on your application in a timely manner, doing so in a span of THREE minutes is a bit suspicious.
From the time I submitted my resume to the time I received a response back that you were not going to proceed forward was a whopping three whole minutes. How is that enough time to read my custom tailored cover letter that I wrote and thoroughly vet my background and qualifications?
The fact that I spent more time crafting this submission than you all took to even review me is disheartening, This is a VERY difficult job market we are in these days and a rejection that quickly and thoughtlessly feels like an unnecessary kick to the gut of someone who is already down.

30 minute interview going over basic networking and troubleshooting skills. Also going over interviewers simple but friendly questions. You will be asked about your resume, about yourself, and what questions you have for them.
