Initial application, then two assessments (Wonderlic & Excel), then a one-way video interview round, a Zoom round, and an in-person final round that was 2+ hours long. Pretty excessive for an entry-level role that pays below market rate. Most of my interviewers were very nice, but I was annoyed that I was required to jump through all of these hoops and travel all the way there to be rejected, including receiving an office tour with all the perks being shown to me. Got a surprise rejection about a week later that was completely impersonal as well. Overall, nice office, most people there were kind, they provided some perks like a rideshare voucher, but the process was really excessive for an entry-level role with low pay compared to other firms. The team was completely lacking in diversity too, which was an off-putting sign.

Lots of questions about how I organize my work and decide what to prioritize
Applied on their website. Received an email back within 2 days. In touch with Chicago recruitment team and spoke to office team in person. Was given office tour. Great candidate experience.

Very quick interview process! Was first sent a series of online assessments. The day after I submitted, I got a follow-up for a phone interview with a team member from the team I would be joining. I was able to submit my availability for the week ahead online, which was very easy. I got a quick follow up that my interview would be scheduled the following week, 4 days from when I had the phone interview. They were able to work with my request to have an earlier morning interview, which was very helpful. I got to meet with several team members and was also shown around the office. The office was very beautiful and everyone was very nice and well-prepared. They took the time to get to know me, asked me thoughtful questions, and answered all of my own questions. They got back to me with an offer later that week. The whole process was very seamless and it was nice to hear back at each stage, I never felt out of the loop or clueless.
