First there was a video interview which was recorded. I was given 1 or 1.5 minutes for each question. I prepared very well and memorised the most relevant questions that could be asked. I passed it. There was a second assessment (Excel). It was easy but lengthy. I was given 45 minutes to complete the questions. There were approximately 12-15 questions. Starting from basic excel to advanced. It needed strong logic as well. It was in person at their main office in Atherstone.

I went through a few things. First I had a set of assessments, then I had an interview. I waited for a very long time before hearing back with that one. I got to a final interview which seemed very positive, then I was turned down. The worst bit was the lack of feedback and lack of contact with anyone. No emails, no phone number, just stringing along and disappointment. It is unfortunate too, because I liked the people I interviewed with and was very excited about the role.
