Five interviews. Two over the phone with a recruiter. Three over video call. First one with team manager, second with manager and director, third with manager again. The entire process from the first email scheduling the first recruiter call to receiving my offer letter took about two months.

Erst Online Bewerbung, dann telefonische Einladung zum Gespräch. Angenehmes erstes Gespräch mit zwei Managern, bei dem ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen ermöglicht wurde. Anschließend Zweitgespräch mit den Mitarbeitern im Team sowie mit den Vorgesetzten.
