Got through okay to the group assessment - the group was small only 3 of us.
The structure;
- Ice breaker
- exercise - check CV's - make sure you review the last one - don't pick sandeep
- then presentations - make sure you know why you visited that store and why that time also your favorite aldi product
- further discussion about presentations

One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
prima chiamata telefonica e poi colloquio con HR conoscitivo. Tutto bene, non è entrati in aspetti tecnici della posizione. essendo un ruolo pesante hanno testato principalmente la motivazione e disponibilità a trasferimenti anche in aree remote.

Multiple stages of the graduate scheme: SJT, Standard Interview Questions, Assessment Centre, Final Interview Stage. Typically final interview stage is more a personality fit check as opposed to anything else.
