Applied online using an online application form where they first did a short situational test before asking questions such as something I had to over come personally or professionally and how I did it, as well as asking about their business model. I then completed a numerical, verbal and diagrammatic test which took around 20 minutes start to finish - would definitely recommend preparing for this. Next was a video interview which is what I have just completed and the questions they asked are below. For this definitely prepare and practice just talking into a camera and know roughly what you're going to say. What is you preferred location? Introduce yourself? What is one thing you found interesting in your research about ALDI? Why ALDI? Why are you best suited to the role? What do you expect to be doing short, medium and long term at ALDI? What is one example of when you set high standards for yourself? How did you set these? What is something you have done that you are proud of? What did you do to be successful? Not heard back yet.
