The salary is not negotiable $11 hr, they tell you how much work it is and how high the expectations are. The process so far is moving fast, so hopefully I wll come in for the 3rd interview next week and have a job offer by the end of next week. Fingerscrossed. They did say you can move to shift manager within 6 months or sooner depending on your drive and performance, this might be the only reason I take the job because other than that, I would hate to but my body through this crazy physical demand if a promotion wasnt in sight.
