I applied online and received an email to attend an individual assessment, which was a one to one interview which outlined the job, and asked a few questions including scenario questions. Later that same day I received an email to attend a Store Experience. At this experience, I was taken through some health and safety issues then I accompanied a young assistant around the store maneuvering and unpacking pallets. (At the time of being asked to complete this form, I do not know the outcome of both interviews, but had to choose an offer option in order to submit the form - so I chose 'I got the job' :p )
