Through labour hire.
Interview undertaken by team leader and section leader. General quest on my CV and experience. Told about the role and was I happy with what the offer might consist of. Interviewers were in PPE I wore shirt and tie. Relatively friendly interview but had no idea how it went.
Interview Monday, offer made on Wednesday. Start following Monday.

Group interview followed by a 1-1. At the warehouse. About 10 other people were present. We also did a tour of the warehouse itself. The whole process was pretty simple and chilled.

Colloquio
1. You first submit your application online
2. If successful, have to do an online video interview answering 5 questions. You get 1 minute for each question but they give you time to read it before you start recording. You can't redo any questions though.
3. Last step was the group interview/tour held at the site. They give you a brief explanation of the different departments there and what you'll potentially be doing. Then they take everyone into a room and ask questions for everyone to answer.
Five step interview process for an entry level warehouse position. Application, online interview, group interview, one on one interview and then medical. This happened over several weeks. All for a part time position.
