The hiring process was quick and simple. When contacted there was an interview with a maths and english test then a three day induction. The whole process was smooth and Aldi are a great company to work for.

Long and unnecessary with 4 rounds of interviews. One online then another 3 in store around a table with all the other candidates. It was pleasant but very long winded and I took another job in the time it took to get to the final interview

They give you lots of different scenarios for things that can happen in store and where your priorities should be, previous experience in a similar role is an absolute necessity

Online interview through their website. You have about 3 days to complete it. Every answer is recorded and you can't redo the recording. There was 4 questions. The timer counts you down for each question (about 20 second). The frustrating part is it only gave me 15 seconds to answer each question.
