I applied online via Seek . Was directed to Aldi careers website. Applied online, answered all questions related to past employment and description of your duties. Days of availabilities and time . After couple of hours was sent another email to invite to group interview the following week.
Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.

Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
