A three stage process. The first interview they get to know you and ask general questions. They are looking for friendly individuals that are team players. The second interview is a hands on interview where you are timed building two pallets. The third interview they ask some questions to make sure this position is a god fit for you and the company.

I am over qualified for the position and was asked the question, "Why should we hire you when you have a degree in a different field and if hired how long do you plan on staying?"

Don’t waste your time. If you’re overqualified they will just waste your time. They called me after the recruitment day, went there again, was introduced to the site just to be rejected.
What a pile on unprofessional nonsense.
Good luck recruiting people with the IQ of a carrot.
You wasted my time, now I’ll invest the same time writing my poor experience so that others get prepared. Shame Aldi!
