I went to the hiring event in my area. This is where you fill out your application. I had an interview with the district manager. She was very intimidating. The store manager was much nicer. Was hired 5 days later.

I had an open interview that was easy they just asked for basic information and previous jobs. Then had an another one on one which was a cake walk then they told me that i got the position on the spot after my interview.
