I initially applied for a warehouse position, but the job posting did not provide much detail about the actual responsibilities. It only listed the pay rates by schedule, without noting that the highest rate required being on a 5–6 week waitlist. During the hiring event, I learned that benefits would not start until after 90 days of employment. The only open role available at that time was in the freezer section (around -4 degrees). During the interview, the interviewer remarked, “Based on your facial expression, you don’t look confident—convince me you can do it.” The process also included a physical test, which involved manually loading pallets. From what I observed, most of the women in my group were not able to pass that part of the test. Looking back, I’m actually glad I wasn’t selected, as loading heavy pallets by hand for eight hours a day seemed unsustainable and likely to cause long-term physical strain.

Took me almost 3 hours, it could have been done way better and quicker. They filter all applicants on the spot instead of just invite those who qualified. about 3-5 mins of interview, 1+ hours of waiting.
