I went into the store and asked for an application. The manager told me that there was a group interview the next day. I went to the group interview and there were about 10 people there. Most of them had past experience and were answering all the questions. Interviewers took themselves too seriously.
Straightforward process with few questions interviewer was very kind and answered questions about role expectations and tasks needed to be done. Interview was shorter call under 30 minutes in length

Fast and good, person was nice and calm. Calm environment and settings. Person was kind and respectful, asking accurate questions. Able to answer questions regarding disability all of the other aspects.

Good but not great. Awesome but okay. Vibes were lowkey fire but also not fire. Decent. Good. Fire. Vibes. I think that they are doing a good job at recruiting multi level talent at their organization.
