It was engaging and it was 2-way allowing the interviewee to also probe deep into the interview to find out more as well. Alex was happy to share more and did not take it as if he was the only one finding out more from the conversation.

Intervieww in person and also interview with grpup. Questions relating experience of work and life and others. They are nice to you and not feel pressure so much so it is okey and nice.good luck
