Two rounds of interviews
First round you meet with people within the role and second round of interviews was with managers.
Interview was pretty conversational and informational went back and forth with questions I had and questions they had about me. More personality based to see if you were a good fit.
It was a very thorough and open process and dialogue. All of my questions answered and they set accurate expectations of the work I would be signing on for. One of the better interview processes I have dealt with.
Very honest and quick with their communications. transparent throughout the process. first interview after phone screening was almost two hours with three different individuals. dress business professional and be prepared to keep saying how money hungry and hard working you are.
