Simple and straight, directly with my hiring manager and confirmed through a second interview with the area´s director. We exchanged ideas about market conditions and segments to focus along my future position with Alstom, plain bullets to build-up the business plan to that area. HR only came on-board to explain me about their offer and Alstom benefits.
