Three person panel comprising of Personnel,Engineering and Maintenance Supervisors. Competency based interview with questions ranging from electrical /mechanical maintenance to safety aspects in transport. Atmosphere was relaxed with the majority of questions related to past work and education experience. Interview process lasted 55 minutes in total. Told that I would be contacted within two weeks with the result.
