I was contacted by a recruiter and after a 2-3 calls to understand each others needs, I had a conf call with the technical manager and the HR person in charge of the hiring. Last and final step has been an interview at the company's facilities.
Not so good the interview was conducted in many levels it's a tiring process you have to sit throughout tha whole only to get rejected so it's is not easy you will get tired at the end of the day

Very friendly and direct approach. HR and mangers were quite nice. HR follows up closely after interview and job offer and benefits are given on paper for us to have in black and white rather than go in to see later from power point slides or employee handbook.
