It was a telephonic interview. First one is HR and then Technical interview. Finally HR director interview. fixed the terms and conditions of employment. I have negotiated some of them and fixed it.

Never happened, my current boss at alstom refused me to apply to get out of his group. I applied online, HR got the notice, went to my current boss and since neither favored me, they said I was not allowed to apply.
