Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ALSTOM (Barcellona) nel mese di ago 2015
Colloquio
I was sent by Randstad ( Temporary work agency) to have an interview for a contract position, therefore it was my second interview. At Alstom I was met by HR ( Conchi Lopez) and then introduced to two team leaders of Controlling departments. The interview was easy: just tell about yourself questions, no practical experience examples required, no tricky questions. At one time the Mrs. Lopez switched from Spanish into English to check my skills. I was also given a brief Excel test. The interview took about 45 minutes. The fact of me being a new mom raised their concerns. I also asked if I am expected to do unpaid overtime on a regular basis. This question was not well-liked by HR, but adressed propely by the team leaders, the answer being occasionally 2-3 hours, regulary 0,5-1 h.
