The recruitment process consists of four stages. I attended an on-campus recruitment drive.
The initial round is an aptitude round, which is followed by a group discussion. After clearing the GD, you will be proceeded to Technical interview and then to HR interview.
Step 1: On Line Technical Aptitude Test
Consisted of two sections. Section one consisted of questions from physics of class 12th. Section two consisted of questions from engineering curriculam.
Step 2: Group Discussion
General Topics were given like your views about country etc.
Step 3: Personal Interview:
sometimes exhaustive. More consisting of technical. Its important to discuss training and projects you did in past.
Its more important to know your subject of interest in depth rather than having shallow and wide knowledge.
