It started with 30 min interview, They asked about an overview of my experience and how it matches with job description. The interviewer gave an overview of company and asked detailed technical questions about my experience.

I had 3 interviews, an Introduction interview by phone with HR, then another interview on Teams where more details are discussed, the third interview is a technical one. Where they test your C++ knowledge and logical thinking.

First I had a phone conversation with someone from the recruitement team this conversation was mainly about the possible opportunities, ALTEN as a company and asking about my motivation. Afterwards I had an interview with a businessmanager, before the interview I was asked to fill in their short competence file. Afterwards I was again contacted by a businessmanager. I was unable to answer this call but did answer that I would call back. After calling back my call was left unaswered.
