A little strange. Not necessarily bad, just weird..
It felt a little like they were trying to "sell" their company to me. Like the very first conversation I had w/ a recruiter was about benefits, paid leave etc.
After that I had an interview w/ a different recruiter and I got the same felling.
Then a technical interview, which was standard c++ interview questions and to write a small program on the spot. That one was fine, I quite liked the developers.
Anyway, after all those they contacted me to have an interview w/ a client, bc from what I can tell they don't sell the software development but the developers themselves.
Anyway I had a weird feeling in general so I stopped.

Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento
