The first step includes a phone call with a Talent aquisition partner, in which they will evaluate if you would have the availability for the job (they will ask when you could start working, if you can travel, what are your salary expectations, etc). Then you will be scheduled an interview (probably with the business manager), in which you will be asked more about your professional experience, projects you have worked on and a little english test.

Er zijn een 5 tal gesprekken (met business managers, consultant, on site, etc.). Na mijn 3e gesprek zou ik feedback krijgen maar heb deze nooit ontvangen. Volledige radiostilte! Je bent gewoon een nummer!

Heel positieve ervaring, zowel telefonisch als in real life. Op gemak gesteld, heel veel info gekregen en vragen beantwoord. Er werd ook een ppt getoond met alle verschillende functies en projecten. Voor het gesprek moest ik wel een document invullen en doorsturen met info over vorige jobs.

Colloquio
Er werd eerst een telefonisch gesprek gevoerd voor eerste screening. In dit contact krijg je een korte uitleg over de firma en hoe men werkt. Vervolgens wordt er face to face gesprek ingepland met leidinggevende op locatie. Standaardvragen werden gesteld over werkervaring en persoonlijkheid.
