Recruiters did not give out accurate information. When we started most of us had been told something different. For example I was told our contract was for 3 years, some were told 4-5, and it was only a 1 year contract. They also gave people incorrect or incomplete information about scheduling (like didn't tell people which time zone we would be working in), training, job roles & days off.
