Hiring process is extremely flawed the company will and probably has lost many qualified candidates due to the length of time it takes for them to make a decision. The HR contact would commit to responding in a certain time frame and not do it. They had individuals interview that have not been trained on how to conduct an interview and it is clear they are unsure what to say.
