The interview was very simple. We had done it in a theatre and it started off with:
"State your name and the type of person you are."
The interviewers broke us into groups of no more than 4 or 5 and we were then given tasks to do, like solving a riddle, making an airplane, and answering other questions.

Process took about 3 weeks, online application was reviewed and I got a call back within a week. After the phone screening, I was brought in for an in-person interview which lasted about 25mins with a super friendly manager who made clear the expectations of holiday and weekend availability requirements as well as a work ethic involving Friendliness, Cleanliness, and Quickness/Efficiency.
