You're basically given the hiring manually which tells you all the policy and rules and guidelines that you would need to know when working for them. They also give a Brocheure that details the rewards card in which you would need to remember and resight later. During the interview I was asked three questions: tell me a time you went out of you way to help someone? What's your availiablity? And sell me the rewards card? Depending on your availiablity and how well you answered each question you were hired.
