Applied online in mid October, got a call for an interview about 2 weeks later. It was one group interview with about 5 other candidates, one supervisor and one manager. Questions were easy, basic interview questions (why you want to work there, experiences, etc.) The only challenging part was in the beginning they give you an AMC Stubs pamphlet and don't say anything about it (they want you to look it over and understand the benefits) until they ask you during the interview to try and pitch a membership to them. They called me the same day as the interview, about an hour or so afterwards, and offered me the job.
