- Very specific and interactive where the interviewer engages in the problems.
- They look for your understanding of the problem and your approach of solving it no specific syntax or method is required
- It was two rounds, first over the phone second on site. I had a third round interview specifically to test my SystemVerilog OOP knowledge which was specified before the interview.
There are 3 rounds
2 technical and 1 managerial round
Overall the AMD interview was challenging but very fair. They focused more on my thinking process than memorized answers. It gave me confidence that the work environment is technical and growth-oriented

First had a phone call, which was basic question non technical in other words HR. Followed by 3 technical rounds, mainly focusing on SV UVM standard questions you can not answer them if you are not prepared strictly on each topic since questions are random in nature.

Had an initial screening with a recruiter then 30 min interview with the hiring manager, I was interviewed by a couple members of the team and each of them went around asking me questions about my resume/technical questions
