Senior Recruiter reached out to me saying they would like to arrange a chat with me. Replied with my available timings, but did not get a reply from them for a day. Followed up with her the next day, she apologized and asked for more available timings, so I gave them more. Disappeared on me again. Followed up 2 days later saying and she told me they had already hired someone for the role. An absolute waste of time, extremely unprofessional.
