Interviewed for a Board Program Management Internship. Interview surprised me because it was with 3 senior managers, all working in various sub-depts of BPM at AMD. Work is very fast paced, and they are looking for creative and intelligent people to keep up. I would rate this as a difficult interview because they play question tag and most of the questions are behavioral based, but difficult ones.

Describe how you made an improvement to a business process in your previous job(s).
Interview was great, HR did screening questions followed by interview process 2 weeks later. Technical questions were simple but dives deep into who the candidate is and how they function.

Describe me a time where you faced issues within a code and how did you solve it?
There will be two rounds
1 round : digital, verilog, SV, UVM
2 round : Projects
Basically interview starts with basic questions on our fundamentals and later they will ask for some coding part.
In second round they will ask on projects related question and real time scenarios.

How do you access a register and confirm it is 12 bit or not?
The round consist of two technical rounds which were in person . All the person taking the interview gave positive signal as the rounds went well . After that recruiter didnt update for two weeks and then sending a message that feedback is not positive after asking 4-5 times .Saw a lot of post on other platforms as well that the recruiters are unprofessional .
