Short casual call with recruiter, who was friendly and nice. Was informed that I will likely be proceeding to second round but no follow up after that. Did not drop her email, or any email stating that I've been rejected.
2 rounds of interview.
Can be either virtual or face-to-face. Depends on hiring manager/interview panellists' schedule and preference.
If regional role then need to be interviewed by managers/directors from the other countries for that area of work.

Why makes you want to join us in this current climate?
They asked a lot of questions about recruiting, sourcing strategies, technical roles, and etc. everyone is on contract so they wanted to make sure I was ok with that. They also asked about my passion about the product.
