Standardvorstellungsgespräch ohne überraschende Effekte. Sehr schlecht vorbereitetes Personalabteilung, wenig Interesse am Gegenüber. Fragen nach Strategie, Vision des Unternehmens, Einarbeitung, Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten konnten nur unzureichend beantwortet werden. Bei Gehaltsfrage abgeblockt, da kein Interesse an Zusammenarbeit meinerseits vorhanden mehr war. War ein ernüchterndes Gespräch, Bauchgefühl sagte "Nein" zu dieser Firma. Habe jetzt Stelle bei anderer Firma gefunden, die passender ist.

Straightforward, transparent and well structured. But hard technical questions, very challenging and required great logical thinking - this is hard to prepare for. Easy behavioural questions about resume + working style
First round was screening on call,then two interviews at office with team members of the unit. Long interview and detailed with each topic asked in depth and asked to showcase project worked on with experience

Pretty standard, mainly focused on behavioral questions. AMD is big on behavioral interviewing (tell me about a time etc.). Go ahead and search for "The Behavioral Interview Deck" on Amazon - I had tremendous success prepping with it and keep it handy any time I think of switching jobs. Or go straight to the 9to5cards.com website, they might run promos from time to time. Cheers!
