I was interviewed by the HR Manager for 3 hours. There were no assessment and presentations, purely questions on my previous experience and competency. This proved to be very exhausting and i found the attitude of the interviewer very bias. I was very tired and felt very uncomfortable at some of the questions which was not related to the role.
