Cons: After investing significant time in the interview process, I received no follow-up communication, despite attempts to reach out. Weeks later, I saw the position reposted without closure on my candidacy. As an HR professional myself, I believe transparency and timely updates are essential for candidate experience, and this fell short. Advice to Management: Please consider strengthening your candidate communication process. Even a brief update goes a long way in respecting applicants’ time and maintaining the organization’s reputation.

Visited a crowded worksite during COVID. Not enough space for team members to spread out. Then they never bothered to respond to me again after the interview. This was their third time reaching out to me. They were interviewing me in the office of the current HR manager office they plan to terminate.
