First interview with recruiter went great. Second interview with VP was strange. It was somewhat passive-aggressive, he talked bad about the employees not adopting processes, and gave me extreme narcism vibes. The interview wasn't really an interview, it was more him talking about his wants while discounting my achievements passively-aggressive by stating his disdain with tech stacks he clearly saw from my resume. What's funny is this company reached out to me to apply so after a great first interview, the second one came at a shock on the format and tone.
