Two very different interviews; the first one is just general to place a face on the resume, the second interview shows you what you would be doing. The second interview is the most important you get the experience and you get to talk and ask questions to actual employees. After the second interview they let you know whether you get the job or not in about one or two days.

Three step interview process, the first one is a meet and greet with the hiring team, the second is meeting one of the corporate trainers, the third is an overview by the hiring team
