Applied online. Received an email a few days later to set a phone interview with the recruiter. After the call with the recruiter, the recruiter called back a few hours later to set an interview with the hiring manager. Heard back from the recruiter 3 business days later with the offer and orientation date. All basic interview questions.

the hiring process was quick and relatively easy, I was immediately contacted after submitting my resume. The process of orientation was long though, there was one week of hospital orientation which is paid, but you learn about all the other departments. And then there was 3 weeks of guided orientation on the unit I would be working on.
