Submitted an application online. Two weeks later I was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Pretty standard: strengths, weaknesses, mission, vision, etc. Lasted about 30 minutes. Scheduled an interview with the nurse manager the following week. I was told by the manager that there was only one position available, and unfortunately, they were making an offer to an internal candidate, who was unlikely to turn it down.
