First had a phone conversation with the recruiter. Then met her in person along with a tour of the office. 2 days later, I interviewed with the manager of that department. It was very conversational to see if you personality would fit the type of position.

Great communication by Talent Acquisition setting up interviews and making sure you're prepared for the 2nd interview with the Director and VP. Emailed with TA for about two weeks, then set of first interview on a Friday. Received a call back the following Monday for a 2nd interview the same week. Interviewed by three people. Received an offer the next week.
