I interviewed with 2 people, and they were great. They were engaged and interested in what I had to say. I had my own interview questions that they had to think through before they answered. Had great responses from them for asking the questions.
The interview process was very effective. I learned about what the role would be like and the expectations. I was able demonstrate how my previous experience has tied into my work ethics and how I overcome challenges.
