I was asked to complete a phone interview with the recruiter. He was great! Most of the questions were situational, so they want you to follow the STAR method. I have several years of customer services experience along with a Master's Degree, and was not offered a second interview. It seemed like they wanted someone who was formerly a customer service representative.
